SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER STATUS  & CONFIRMATION

You'll receive two emails after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address:

  1. The first confirms that your order was received. This email will arrive within about 24 hours.

  2. The second confirms that your order was shipped from our ship/shop

CHANGE IN YOUR ORDER STATUS

Occasionally, our supplies may vary and can cause a delay in production.

We'll notify you by email immediately.
 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return or exchange for defective merchandise can be made by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date will be issued a full refund to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit.

Conditons of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

1 - Notify us by email at:  vision.anchored@gmail.com, and include the following:

  • Identify items - SKU CODE / Order Confirmation number

  • Write the quantity and reason for each return

  • Take a picture of the defect(s) *Required.

  • Attach the receipt from your purchase(s) for the item(s) you wish to return.


2 - Prepare your package:

  • Place the copy of the invoice into package.

  • Seal package securely.

  • Affix a shipping label to the packaging.


3 - Ship your package

Vision ANChored  collects personal information about you for no other purpose then to facilitate the costomer service that we can provide to you from this website and for shipping proceedings. This Policy covers our online experiences including our website (and mobile app). If our information practices change, we will post an updated Policy on our website. You can tell if the Policy has changed by checking the revision date that appears at the bottom of this page. You can browse our site without providing any personal information, although it may be required for check out. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies or third parties.

SAVING BILLING & SHIPPING INFO

When saving your billing and shipping info, enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Incomplete or incorrect info may slow order processing. A phone number is required in case of delivery problems.

USING YOUR ADDRESS BOOK

You can save frequently used addresses for yourself and the friends and family you shop for. We will not contact you or your address list unless we have a specific question about a delivery.
